1. Sales Policy

Applicable Products: All authentic Aloura T-shirts.

Price: Publicly listed on the website, including VAT (if applicable).

Payment Methods:

• Bank transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online payment via linked payment gateway

Shipping & Delivery:

• Domestic: 2–5 business days (depending on location)
• International: 7–15 business days
• Shipping fees will be displayed before customers confirm the order

2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1. Applicable Period:

Customers are entitled to return or exchange T-shirts within 7 days from the delivery date.

2.2. Eligible Cases:

• Received wrong model, size, or color
• Products with manufacturing defects (tear, loose thread, stitching errors)
• Products damaged during shipping

2.3. Return/Exchange Conditions:

• Product must be intact, unused, unwashed, and not chemically treated
• Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
• Have purchase invoice / order code for verification

2.4. Non-eligible Cases:

• Products that have been used, dirty, torn, or damaged due to improper care
• Products that have been washed, bleached, or dried incorrectly
• Missing tags or purchase invoice
• Products in promotions labeled “no returns/exchanges” (if specified)

2.5. Handling Methods:

• Exchange: Customers can exchange for the same model or an equivalent value product
• Refund: If no replacement is available, Aloura will refund within 7 business days from the confirmation of eligible product

Shipping Fees:

• Customers bear the shipping cost to return products to Aloura
• Aloura bears the shipping cost for sending replacement/exchanged products

3. Warranty Policy

• T-shirts: No long-term warranty, only returns/exchanges within 7 days
• No warranty for natural wear or damage caused by misuse
