1. Orders & Payments

  • Orders placed on alouraltd.com are legally valid as electronic contracts.
  • Payments accepted via: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, bank transfer, COD (domestic), and e-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay, ShopeePay…).
  • Customers are responsible for incorrect information entered, as well as any additional charges (bank fees, currency conversion fees).
  • Alouraltd.com reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment system detects unusual activity or fraud risk.

2. Confirmation & Agreement

  • Before placing an order, customers must tick: “I have read & agree to the Policy”.
  • This serves as proof that the customer has agreed to all terms.

3. Shipping & Risks

  • Domestic (VN): 2–6 days via GHN, GHTK, Viettel Post, Hanoi Nhanh (HNN).
  • International: 2–7 days via DHL, Viettel Post, HNN, or other logistics partners.
  • Shipping fees & import taxes: fully borne by the customer.
  • Alouraltd.com is not responsible if the customer provides incorrect/incomplete address details.
  • Once the courier confirms “delivered successfully”, all risks of loss or damage pass to the customer.

4. Refund & Return Policy

  • Alouraltd.com does not issue refunds, except where required by law or for manufacturing defects / wrong delivery.
  • No refunds in cases such as:
    • Customer changes mind, dislikes, ordered incorrectly, or finds lower price later.
    • Minor differences in color/size compared to description.
    • Late delivery due to natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure.
    • Customer refuses delivery despite correct address provided.
  • Customers must report defects within 24h; after 48h without response → order considered completed.
  • If refund is legally applicable:
    • Only product value is refunded, excluding shipping, tax, bank, or currency fees.
    • Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Return conditions: products must retain original tags, labels, accessories, packaging, and remain unused.

5. Fraud & Right to Refuse Orders

  • Customers are fully responsible for the information provided. Incorrect/incomplete details leading to failed or misdelivery → no refund.
  • If delivered to the correct address but customer refuses receipt → considered successful, no refund.
