Purchase Guide

Step 1: Create an Account

Step 2: Shopping

Access the Store via the homepage or from the menu:

Step 3: Select a Product

Choose the product you want to buy and click the "Buy Now" button.

Step 4: Enter Buyer Information

Enter the correct buyer information, review the terms, and click "Place Order".

Step 5: Confirm Payment

After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your account management section on the website will also display your order details.

Step 6: Receive Order and Confirm

When your order is shipped, we will send you a notification via email.
Log into your account on the Aloura website, click on the invoice to view your Tracking Number.

To track your shipment, visit:

and enter your Tracking Number.


After receiving your order, please go to account management and confirm receipt.
